Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons powdered fruit pectin
- 2 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/3 cup water
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (more or less, to taste)
- 3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic, minced
1. Place all ingredients into a pint jar, seal, and shake to combine.
