I modified the original recipe by adding some sauteed green peppers and onions. On the side, sweet potato matchsticks. And ya know, them matchsticks are pretty good dipped in the au jus!

I made an old favorite again the other day.
I modified the original recipe by adding some sauteed green peppers and onions. On the side, sweet potato matchsticks. And ya know, them matchsticks are pretty good dipped in the au jus!
