Anita's not a big fan of grilled fruits or veggies. I think I'm slowly changing her mind about that since she really liked these mangoes.

Ingredients:
- 3 mangoes, peeled and cut into large slices
- Pinch of cayenne pepper
- 1 lime, juiced
- 6 T sour cream
- 2 jalapeƱos, chopped
- Small bunch of cilantro, chopped
- Olive oil
1. Preheat grill to medium.
2. Sprinkle both sides of the mango with salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper, to taste. Drizzle with oil.
3. Grill for 1-3 minutes per side.
4. Drizzle sour cream over mango and garnish with jalapeƱo and cilantro. Serve.
