Honky Tonk Sweet and Spicy Salad Dressing

This awesome, kicked-up salad dressing recipe came from Honky Tonk BBQ in Chicago. To match it, we had to make a kicked-up salad. I sliced a leftover chicken breast from some sandwiches we made the other day and placed that upon a bed of greens. Added par-cooked carrots and snap peas, sliced avocado, shredded sharp Tillamook cheddar, and chopped tomatoes and red onion.

If you're shy of heat, use slightly less Sriracha (aka Rooster Sauce) sauce. We went all-in. It's good!
