We put it on a simple iceberg salad. Fantastic! It's also great on a Reuben!

Makes: 3 cups

Ingredients:
- 1 1/4 cups mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup chili sauce
- 1/4 cup pimientos, drained and chopped
- 1 large egg, hard-boiled, chopped, and sieved
- 2 T Dijon mustard
- 3 T dill pickles, finely chopped
- 2 T capers, drained
- Tabasco sauce to taste
1. Combine all but the Tabasco sauce in a medium sized bowl.
2. Add Tabasco to taste.
3. Refrigerate. Use within 3-4 days.
