If I would have had some fresh cilantro on hand, I would've added some of it, chopped, to the salad too.

Ingredients:
- 1 lime, zested and juiced
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/4 t sugar
- 1/8 t black pepper
- 1/8 t cayenne pepper (or more, to taste)
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 ripe avocados, halved, seeded, peeled and diced
- 2 ripe papayas, peeled, halved, seeded and diced
1. In a medium-sized bowl, combine all ingredients except the fruit. Mix well. Add fruit and toss gently to coat.
