Add more or less olives depending on your tastes.

Ingredients:
- 1 1lb package of pasta
- 1 small can black olives, drained and sliced (or use a large can if you want more olives)
- 1 12oz jar roasted red bell peppers, drained and diced
- 1/3 cup Newmans' Own Olive Oil and Vinegar Dressing, plus more
- 1/3 cup pesto
- 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1. Cook pasta per package directions. Drain well and let cool.
2. Combine dressing and pesto in a bowl and whisk well. Pour over pasta and mix well. Add remaining ingredients except cheese, plus salt and pepper to taste. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
3. Stir salad and add more salad dressing if it is too dry. Serve with grated parmesan.
