Ingredients:
- 2/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 medium tomato, chopped
- 1/2 medium red onion, chopped
- 2 T fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 T olive oil
- 1 T red wine vinegar
- 1 t dried oregano
- 2 large avocados, halved and pitted
1. Mix all ingredients except the avocados in a bowl.
2. Add salt and pepper to taste.
3. Spoon into avocado halves.
