Ingredients:
- 2 medium cucumbers, cut into 1/4"-1/2" slices
- 1/4 red onion, diced
- 1 large tomato, diced
- 8 oz Paul Newman's olive oil and vinegar dressing
- 1 t dry dill weed
- 1/2 t dry parsley, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours before serving.
