Tartar Sauce

Easy, and really, really tasty.

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 T cornichons, diced (can substitute baby dill pickles)
  • 1 T white wine vinegar
  • 1 T capers
  • 1 t coarse-grained mustard
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor. Pulse until the pickles are finely chopped and everything is well mixed, but not pureed.
