Ingredients:

- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 T cornichons, diced (can substitute baby dill pickles)
- 1 T white wine vinegar
- 1 T capers
- 1 t coarse-grained mustard
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor. Pulse until the pickles are finely chopped and everything is well mixed, but not pureed.
