Smoked Pizza Fattie

A real crowd pleaser!

Makes: 1 fattie
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 3 hours

  • 1 roll bulk Italian sausage
  • 12 slices pepperoni, chopped
  • 1 small can black olives, drained, chopped
  • 1 small can mushrooms, drained, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • Marinara sauce for dipping (we use our favorite recipe)

1. Prepare sausage by rolling it out into a square (see our technique here).

2. Sprinkle top with pepperoni, olives, mushrooms and cheese. Smoke at 225-250 F for 3 hours.

3. Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
