Ingredients:
- 1 roll bulk Italian sausage
- 12 slices pepperoni, chopped
- 1 small can black olives, drained, chopped
- 1 small can mushrooms, drained, chopped
- 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
- Marinara sauce for dipping (we use our favorite recipe)
1. Prepare sausage by rolling it out into a square (see our technique here).
2. Sprinkle top with pepperoni, olives, mushrooms and cheese. Smoke at 225-250 F for 3 hours.
3. Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
