Louisiana Salsa

This is a great, fresh dip for munching on while watching the big game!

I found this in the February 2012 edition of Louisiana Cookin', one of my favorite magazines. It's full of all sorts of great recipes with fantastic pictures. Looking thru it always makes me hungry. It also makes me want to go back to Louisiana!
